How the math works
Scapia uses one constant: 5 Scapia Coins = ₹1. Where the cashback rate moves is the earn side. Regular spends accrue 10 coins per ₹100 spent — a 10% headline number that nets to an effective 2%. Travel booked inside the Scapia app accrues 20 coins per ₹100, which works out to an effective 4%. International transactions earn zero coins (the card's international story is a 0% forex markup, not rewards).
Coins only redeem inside the Scapia app against travel — flights, hotels, buses, trains. They aren't transferable to a statement credit or bank account, so the effective value depends on whether you actually book travel through the app.
